St. Louis, MO - We are currently looking for an accomplished Architectural Project Manager with at least 4 years of solid experience in Project Management. This pivotal role involves acting as the primary liaison, fostering effective communication between the Owner/Client and our specialized design team.
Responsibilities:
Establish & maintain project design schedule
Review & monitor project design budgets
Responsible for content and completion of construction documents
Collaborate on a resolution of design issues
Perform project research
Coordinate with Construction Project Managers and Jobsite Superintendents
Communicate as required during the permit review process
Oversee coordination with:
Engineers and architects on site related items
Outside architects that may be part of the client’s project team
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineers
In-house engineers
Requirements:
Five-year (5) Bachelors of Architecture or a Masters of Architecture
Registered Architects are preferred
Proficient in Revit
Must be willing to travel up to 25-35%.
Must be willing to work in company office when not traveling.
Compensation and incentive package will be based on level of experience.
